Tracy is an entrepreneur and experienced consultant that has worked with hundreds of business, and has helped plan & launch 50+ client businesses. His experience & gifting in the areas of strategic business planning, ideation, market exploration, process improvement, sales and business writing have helped his clients succeed and secure millions of dollars in funding for growth via grants, private investment & loans.

When Tracy is not at the white board planning out the next big thing he enjoys a variety of craft beers, hiking & camping, and 'old school' games: cards, dominoes, mancala, backgammon, chess, checkers etc.
Jennifer Shea | Consultant

Jennifer is an entrepreneur and marketing professional with 20+ years of experience as a designer, graphic artist & media maven in both the for-profit & non-profit worlds. She is a highly proficient and experienced tech-translator with the heart of a teacher and the patience to help clients at every level find the right technology for their project and understand how to use it.

When Jen is not designing or evaluating new apps she is a connoisseur of high heels, travel, coffee, all things creative and an advocate for helping women be secure in who they are & finding their authentic self.
